• Application refers to the Facil application available on Apple and Android stores.
• Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service.
• Company refers to the owner of myfacil.com.
• Content refers to any material posted or made available by you.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a phone.
• Service refers to the Facil application.
• Terms mean these Terms and Conditions.
• Residence Administrator is an assigned individual managing the Service for a specific residence.
• You means the individual or entity using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service. Access requires acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, do not access the Service. You represent that you are over 18. Use is also conditioned on acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer for Our Service

We provide tools to property managers and an application for residents. Property administrators control internal content and access. Visitor alerts and notifications are triggered by residence administrators or security devices.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information; safeguard your password; and avoid using offensive or unauthorized names.

Content & Restrictions

You are responsible for content under your account. Prohibited content includes unlawful, discriminatory, spam, malware, infringement, impersonation, privacy violations, or false information. We may refuse/remove content and limit Service use for violations.

Content Backups

We strive for backups but cannot guarantee no loss or corruption. Maintain your own copies.

Intellectual Property

Service content (excluding user/administrator content) is the Company’s property. Protected by Nigerian and South African law. Brand use requires prior consent.

Communication

Core communications are generated by property administrators. To stop residence communications, remove the residence link via the administrator. Contact support@myfacil.com for guidance.

Panic Button Feature

The elective panic feature depends on networks and site devices; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted transmission.

Your Feedback to Us

Feedback may be used by the Company without restriction.

Third-party sites are beyond our control; review their terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any breach. You may stop using the Service to end your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
